In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "s786", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the s786 platform, an internationally licensed online gaming operator.

The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your s786 account. 5.1 Deposits. s786 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. All deposits are processed in PKR (or USDT equivalent) and credited to the player's s786 wallet upon successful confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. s786 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. s786 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and any applicable security checks.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. s786 may decline or delay a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Additionally, s786 may withhold withdrawal of funds where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• The player has an outstanding balance on a bonus with an active wagering requirement;

5.4 Currency. s786 operates as a PKR-native platform. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees unless the player specifically selects USDT as their preferred currency during account setup. s786 does not apply currency conversion markups on PKR transactions.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the s786 Platform — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and any other incentive — are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, in addition to these General Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated time period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. s786 operates a zero-tolerance policy in relation to bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once;
• Coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements through matched or hedged betting;
• Using bonus funds primarily on games that are excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements;
• Any strategy designed to exploit the bonus structure rather than engage in genuine play.

Where bonus abuse is detected, s786 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the player's account without prior notice.

6.4 Promotional Availability. s786 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional eligibility may be restricted to players in certain regions or who meet specific criteria as stated in the relevant offer terms.

7.1 Casino Games. All casino games on s786 — including live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, slot games, and Mines Grand — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino tables, real-time physical dealing and shuffling streamed over video. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system.

7.2 Sports Betting. s786's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL and international fixtures), football, UFC, and other sports as listed on the Platform. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, s786's specific sports rules — published on the sportsbook section of the Platform — will govern the settlement of affected bets.

7.3 Palpable Errors. s786 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to: incorrect odds due to a system or human error, incorrect match information, or technical malfunction. Players should not attempt to exploit palpable errors; doing so constitutes prohibited conduct under Clause 8.

7.4 Maximum Winnings. s786 may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, game sessions, or within a single day. These limits, where applicable, are disclosed on the relevant game or market page. s786 reserves the right to split large withdrawals across multiple payment transactions to comply with its payment provider limits.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s786 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and/or reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of or in assistance of a human player;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of a sporting event on which bets are placed through s786;
• Colluding with other players in casino games to gain an advantage at the expense of other players or s786;
• Using a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment method to fund an s786 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity documentation during KYC verification;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or the placement of funds derived from criminal activity on the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in s786's software infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing s786 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the s786 Platform — including but not limited to the s786 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of s786 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any s786 content without prior written consent;
• Using the s786 brand, name, or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation;
• Creating derivative works based on s786's proprietary software or game content;
• Screen-recording or streaming live casino content from the Platform for commercial purposes.

s786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, s786 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform homepage or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be implemented without prior notice.

Amendments to these Terms take effect from the date they are published at s786.bet/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which s786 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute as to their formation, existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to s786's internal complaints procedure.
